I was born in Africa ( Congo Brazzaville) in 1966 and lived there until the age of 7. Fifteen years later I went back to Africa, for a short period. I was once again impressed by the intensity of the red colours and the wild beauty of the country.

Back in France, while attending university,  I took a course at the 'Beaux-Arts'de Lyon .After working in France for a while, I went to live in England for 5 years.

In 2001, my husband,  children and I came back to France to settle in the Touraine, near Loches. I exhibited 2 years later.

My paintings tend to be abstract .My aim is to use warm colours, with texture such as sand .. in order to suggest, the harmony, beauty, vitality and originality I can feel in nature around me. To achieve that aim, I must of course paint, but I must also reach an internal focus that supports it. This requires humility, sincerity and strong will.
